The hotel is nicely situated in a quiet area with easy access from main roads, making it a convenient spot for exploring all attractions. The rooms offer good food and are great, but could use a more thorough cleaning due to the nature of guests that may require such facilities. However, having the same room provided added to the overall experience.

The hotel served its purpose for a short stay, but the noise from the adjacent pub and smokers outside made it less than ideal. The room, though big with a nice sofa and bed, was overlooking the car park and front door, resulting in a noisy night. The staff were helpful and always ready to assist, making the shift pleasant. The location was handy with easy access to the city, although a bit far from the town center. On the positive side, breakfast was well presented.

Vegetarian choices were limited. The hotel's facilities are adequate, but smokers lingering around the entrance could be a concern.
